Air Force Communications Command (AFCC) Electronic Intelligence Operations Superintendent:
Responsible for ensuring all Communications-Electronic and Air Traffic Control Systems could operate in a hostile electromagnetic environment. Established a Tactical Deception Network and authored the Command’s first Tactical Deception Handbook.
