John's Story
After graduating from Viator's, I went to Illinois Tech and became a metallurgical engineer and worked for U S Steel. I left there to get my MBA at UCLA. After working several years as a computer consultant designing applications for clients, I took and passed e CPA exam and went too work for a CPA firm that has entertainment industry clients.
After becoming a CPA, I started law school...Expand for more
at night and opened my own office. After graduation, I worked in the tax department of a national CPA firm, then was financial direct of a group of medical clinics. Since 1990, I have had my law practice here in Westwood near UCLA.
I am married to my wife Lynn and have 3 sons--one a mechanical engineer, one an accountant studying for the CPA exam, and one in th retail food industry.
