john's Story
After graduation I attended UCSB for one year. Lived in a dorm 100 yards from the beach so surfed my way out of school (still don't know where the library was). Bought a restaurant with two friends, maybe you ate there - the Little Spaghetti Factory on Santa Monica Blvd - and joined the Rotters, cooked and played drums for the next 2.5 years. Sold the restaurant and enrolled into UCLA, graduated in 1982.

ll in LA and NY for next 7 years. Jumped on an opportunity to work in Japan for a couple of years, things worked out well and lived in Tokyo for the next 20 years, in the middle 3 years in Singapore, working for Credit Suisse. After the earthquake/Tsunami, we decided to move back to the USA. Huge move for my family as they all grew up in Japan, now based in NY working at Barclays, living in Westchester and all doing well so far.
