John's Story
I've been married and divorced twice (nuff said).
I attended Sam Houston State University for a couple of years where I took classes like Bartending (16th Street Station) and majored in Partying (Spuds McKenzie would have been proud)!!
I began my career working summers in construction and then switched to drafting & design, initially mechanical and then to civil reacting to the recessionary crashes of the oil and housing markets in the early 80's. I then turned to the legal profession looking for something a l...Expand for more
ittle more stable and found a nice fit working as a Paralegal.
I have a 25 year old son who graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Nebraska with a Civil Engineering degree. After graduation he moved to Lincoln, CA and works for the California Department of Transportation (CalTrans) conducting bridge inspections.
Is it obvious I'm a PROUD DAD!!!
I volunteer 40-60 hours a year working for the Houston Golf Association which supports local youth charities by hosting events such as the Shell Houston Open.
