The Commercial Real Etate Business has been pretty good to me. I started out in the maintenace and repair areas as an Operating Engineer, responsible for the operation,maintenanace and repair of large central air conditioning and heating systems as well as all of the various mechanical systems in various office buildings in NYC, (the stuff no one is aware o...Expand for more

After ten years I entered into the management side of the business and currently manage a large office building in Mid Town Manhattan,with a high profile tenant roster.
The position is satisfying but a long way off from the air craft mechanics job I had envisioned in high school! lol
