Jon's Story
Life
After high school I attended Ventura College for a semester and then headed off on a two year mission for my church to Argentina. After returning from Argentina I went back to Ventura College and began working as a Correctional Officer for the County of Ventura. While at VC I met my wonderful wife Tara who is from Ventura. We went on our honeymoon to Italy and spent a month there seeing the sights. After a year of living in Ventura we moved to Utah to take a position at a boys facility for troubled youth. hed school at Brigham Young University as a psychology major. We then moved to New Mexico where I was stationed with the Air Force. I worked as a Behavioral Scientist as a human factors engineer for the Air Force Test and Evaluation Center. After serving four years in the Air Force I decided that it was time to move on. I am now trying to finish up my Masters Degree in Criminal Justice. We are back in Southern California and we recently purchased a home here in CA and are happy to be finally moved in. Stay in touch!
