Jonathon's Story
Life
I was born in Illinois on July 11, 1977. My parents brought me to the booming metropolis of Watertown, WI, about a month after that. I spent the first 18 years of my life there. I went to college at MLC in New Ulm, MN, where I met my wife, Dawn. We were married on May 22, 1999. We now have three daughters, Kyra, Kaitlyn , and Kyleigh. We also have a boy, Kameron. I taught for three years in Maribel, WI, where I was the music minister and the sixth through eighth grades teacher. I moved to Tampa, FL, in order to help out my father-in-law. I now teach Honors Math and Science at Franklin Middle Magnet School in Tampa where I serve as the sixth grade team leader, book review committee me...Expand for more
mber, new teacher mentor, new teacher trainer, member of the principal's council, after-school program mentor, ELP teacher, and numerous other duties. I also play tuba in the Chamberlain High School Community Adult Band on Monday evenings. I also have the privilege of serving as the Minister of Music at Northdale Lutheran Church (WELS).
College
I attended Martin Luther College in New Ulm, MN, from August of 1995 to may of 2000. I graduated with commendation with a BS in Education. I majored in music and minored in social studies.
