Joseph's Story
My life since graduating from Mooney in 1980. Moved from Rochester in 1984 after graduating from St. John Fisher College with a BS in Biology. Graduated from podiatric medical school in 1988 in Chicago and received a doctorate in podiatric medicine(DPM). Did a surgical associateship for 2 years in Chicago from 1988-1990. Worked with a DPM in Oak Park, IL from 1990-1992 who was also from Rochester. Went back home to Rochester for the 10 year (class '80) Mooney HS reunion in 1990. er that Steve Barleban was a lawyer practicing in Chicago. Got married in 1992. Had three kids: two girls and a boy. Also bought a practice in East Central Illinois in 1992 near Eastern Illinois University (home of Tony Romo). Went to the 20 year Mooney HS (class '80) HS reunion in 2000. Got divorced in 2006. Kids, now 14,13,and 10 live in LA with their mother. They moved in 2008. Practice is doing well. Dating a wonderful woman for the last year and a half.The practice is doing well with two locations.
