Joseph's Story
Life
Currently married for 33 years and have 3 kids-one is 30 and the twins are 27 and two grandsons joeyIII and Nathan and two granddaughters emma and jordyn. Retired in march of 2003. Still go back to the neighborhood to visit. Been installing fire sprinklers in offices and warehouses for about 33years and really liked it. My oldest son is an electrican and we have another son and daughter who are twins. He is working in a steel supply warehouse as assistant supervisor and she is a reg. nurse. My oldest son got married in june, 2004 to a very nice girl named Donna, and my daughter is planning a 2007 wedding. So things are going just great. My wife retired in january2006 and we moved up to wisconsin, where her Tupperware business is just taking off like crazy. I am,really glad for her. ...Expand for more
So there are no complaints about how things are going. Dad just died in Jan. 10 2004 so I go back to the neighborhood as often as i can to see family. Getting a lot of fishing time in now that we have moved up north.
Military
drafted in 1968 and did basic at ft. leonardwood mo. and ait at ft. gordon ga. went to vietnam in aug. of 68 and stayed there for 1yr. and finished up in ft. leonardwood mo. teaching. got out of army in 1970. met a lot of nice guys in the service and over seas and would hope that they are all ok today. was looking to connect with one of the guys from overseas from new york. his name is Joseph J. Macchia last address I had was Brooklyn, New York. If anyone knows where he is have him get in touch with me. He was one hell of a buddy over there. that is all for now.
