Hello Everyone, My life has thus far been mostly ups and even better with the occasional "wow, I hope I can stop this fall before it bottom's out".. I first moved to Florida in Aug. 1970. I had married and chose to rear children in Charlotte County. I bought property and constructed a home for my family right on the edge of the harbor. We had cattle, horses, dogs and cats, motorcycles, boats, 3 children and a wonderful life, I was a Construction Superintendent and suddenly it all ended. Unfortunately, I was divorced in 1977 and determined to move on. Lake Tahoe was my next venture, and I reverted back to being the Party Animal I had been between High School and marriage. Life was an absolute blast, I was a Prince of the Disco, and King of my own domain. The money flowed in unbelievely well and the party lasted for almost 10 years. By the time I reached 46 yrs. old I realized that it was time to back down from the clouds and become grounded again. I returned to Florida in Dec. 1986. I even brought one of those beautiful cocktail waitresses back with me. I created 2 corporations, ABACUS REALTY & ABACUS BUILDING CONTRACTORS and did quite well for some years. I never did marry Janet, she was a nut case, we parted ways and my money went the way of most folks who break up homes and businesses. I began again, married again bought a nice home in a golf course community in Sebring Florida. and " here we go again', more cattle, more dogs, fighting cocks, a commercial rabbitry, and 21 wild hogs.
