Joseph's Story
Life
I do miss my hometown. I enlisted in the navy for four years. After having an honerable discharge, and various cool jobs. I found my work that sent me to the perfect place in life. Over the road truck driving, oh yea. You want peace and freedom..... Well at least freedom, that's the job, oh yea. But I lost it after 3 years due to a tumor. I am not a down troden dude. I do have faith in GOD with which I will never loose. He has kept me strong so that I can help out my parents, and friends. They helped me out with four of my operations, ( 1993 thru 2002 ). I could not say no to them. I do attend support groups for people who help out our elderly. And another place that help people like me who do have disabilities. You learn to keep asking questions that will help improve your life. Keep the Faith, it does improve ones life.
GOD bless you all

Well so many years after. I am now volunteering at the same place called " Life Long Learning Center." I, with others help people with their disabilities. We offer them other ways to get back in life where it is comfortable to them. I help out with the soda machine, K...Expand for more
araoke, thrift store, making out the calendar which shows what events are happening and when, and other ideas to make this place work for them and us. If you want to visit our thrift store.... its called ODDs & ENDS. In Bradenton, Fl. Mon through Fri 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Well the store is no longer open, go figure. I am still head strong and wise. My sense of humor is still wide open to lifting the happiness in others, even with this virus that is hitting the whole world. I've lost my brother who took care of his pets who were all Pitbull's. He raised them just like a real parent would and should raise their children... a lot of love, care and playfulness. I still do not smoke, drink, bad drug junk, and other idiotic ideas that change one character to the bad. I do however play super Nintendo games that improve ones memory... we all need that. I also still buy Lego kits that strain the brain. I mean the kits that have sooo many kinds of bricks and gears. Recent Harley Davidson Motorcycle 5 stars. The number Of kits I have are over 20 to 30, unsure of exact number. Well, be blessed and maintain stability in all your lives.
