Joseph's Story
After one degree, many jobs and one career in advertising, I am now an editor to a magazine!
And to make it even funnier, the magazine is about the hobby I am most involved with - LEGO building.
From beginning in 2000 to now, I have built models for small events and also large events, eventually getting involved with event coordinating, culminating in helming the largest LEGO fan event in the US in 2006.
From there, I began my magazine, and got the attention ...Expand for more
of the LEGO Group, where I have met and talked with the CEO, owner and senior staff. I now regularly talk with the company on projects from time to time.
In the past two years, I have traveled to Germany and Denmark, and in the US have traveled to Washington, DC, Atlanta, Seattle, New York City, Orlando, and Chicago on LEGO related business.
The magazine, BrickJournal will be in newsstands in late February, and am I happy! And this is only the beginning....
