Life

- Completed Army Airborne School in 1973, AF Flight Instruction Program in 1975
- Received BA in 1975, MA at Va Tech in PSCI in 1977

- Entered active duty as 2nd Lieutenant in 1977
- Retired as colonel in 2002

- Author of "Blackbird Resurrection," a book dealing with the actual reactivation of the SR-71 (1994-98)
