Joseph's Story

Life After graduation I entered the Navy. Left after 4yrs and got a job working at the Richmond Plunge and Kennedy Swim Center as Pool Maintenance man for the City of Richmond. Later worked at the Treatment Plant. After 16.5 years I left the City to work for the City of Santa Rosa. Have worked here for 17 years and am planning on retireing Oct 2006. d a wonderful wife. After retirement I plan on working at my own pace and on my own terms. Will probably stay in Santa Rosa. Joe Smith "66" Update: I retired on July 5th 2007. My youngest daughter graduated from High School. Now is the time to travel. Picture in Navy uniform is from Christmas 2007. I had a family bet that I could still fit in my uniform from 1968. I won.
