Joseph's Story
I studied mechanical engineering at Purdue U. and have mostly worked in the aerospace industry throughout my career. Most of my work was designing, building and testing weather and communications satellites. I also worked on the Skylab Space Station, the Viking soft lander on Mars, the Hubble Telescope and a proposed Venus Probe that was never built. a. I have been married for over 50 years to a girl that was studying at the University of Denver at the time. We have 5 children and 4 grandchildren, all of whom live in California. My hobbies are woodworking, gardening, and writing mystery novels. I haven't tried to get any of my novels published though. I also enjoy photography but haven't done much in recent years because I haven't been traveling as much. I have been retired for eleven years now.
