Jove's Story
Graduated SMCS with some of the finest in 1992.
Wandered extensively. Changed universities and programs thrice as a manifestation of some deep seated questioning about what I was going to do with the rest of my life. Or maybe just due to general alcohol/weed stupor. Still undecided. Had some of the best years so far at Ryerson.
In that same tradition, I continue to wander. But this time it's a career. I'm a consultant with a small Canadian company. I fill several roles as needed: Project Manager, Business Analyst are the the most common. Subject areas focus on sales, marketing, data integration and customer relationship management. Work has taken me to New York, Philadelphia, Boston, San Diego and Paris as of the time of this writing. Overall the work is good, but demanding. The natural conclusion of this career phase is already on the horizon, so more wandering is expected.

12 2008 after 5 years of dating. No kids yet, but I have 6 bicycles, which surely is as good a measure of 'place in life' as anything else. I am a rabid cyclist and general outdoor enthusiast. Diana is completing her MBA, after which it will be my turn. Our goal is complete global domination in one of several marketplaces. And also a couple of kids. We live in downtown Toronto and rent out two properties to utterly neglectful tenants. I am a wicked and cruel slumlord, and guffaw mightily at their meek objections. I have some rental apartments scattered throughout the US. We are seriously considering moving to the west coast, because.... well because everything is just better there.
For my old friends: do not be alarmed at my apparent maturity and culture. I assure you, deep down, I am still the same silly, silly man you probably remember. I *do* enjoy a disproportionate amount of tomfoolery for a man my age.
