Joyce's Story
After one semester in college, I got married. We have 2 children (daughter & son) and 5 grandchildren. We celebrated our 46th anniversary Feb. 14. Ten years into our marriage I returned to college, became an RN, worked in a hospital, then a hemodialysis unit, many years for a surgeon and the last year I worked, it was back at a hospital in the GI lab. wanted me to take a class or 2 with them. By then I was in so deep I just went ahead and completed a degree in psychology. We have always lived in the country and see no reason to change that since we've retired. We continue to have a small almond ranch, are very active with our RV group and several organizations to which we belong. Wow, I didn't know I could get all that in at once. Imagine how much I've left out!
