Joyce's Story
I have been here in Arkansas a little over 3 years now, I love the peace and quiet, the new and old friends I've made here. Life is so very short and I try to enjoy every moment I can, so slow down alittle and take in the beauty around you. and keep a smile on your face , alittle smile can lift someones spirit. an ole and happy friend Joyce Hanson Merrifield Means JUST ADDING AN UP DATE,MOVED A LITTLE FARTHER NORTH TO LAKEVIEW ARKANSAS, CLOSE TO BULL SHOALS AREA, WONDERFUL PLACE TO FISH, SIMPLEY BEAUTIFUL. FOUND THE CUTEST LITTLE HOUSE WHERE MY NEIGHBORS CLOSE BY ARE BLACK ANGUS COWS, WILD DEER AND ALL KINDS OF BIRDS, SET ON MY FRONT PORCH AND WATCH DUCKS IN A POND. Who could ask for more.

going to Vanventon park in the winter an sliding down the hill with my nieces an nephews, what fun.
My first job was at dairy maid, where I got paid 1.00 to 1,25 hr. What I remember most about it is good hot food an ice cream.
If I won $100 million, I'd give alot of it to my sons, then spend the rest on other family, the elderly and my self.
Another year is gone and I am still here in northern Arkansas, been here now 7 years, hard to believe. Now with no children or grand children near by I wonder at times what keeps me here, must be the friends
So hard to believe I have lived her over 6 years, I think I am ready to move back home to Iowa maybe 2015 .
