Juan's Story

Find me on FACEBOOK - now here is my story. I'll tell my story and make it short and sweet (Hm mm) Born in Mexico - legally brought here when I was 2 My grandparents were here years before my dad brought us over. One of my grandfathers worked on the fields at Bakersfield, Yuba, and Woodland while the other worked in Santa Ana, Indio and Blythe. Dad was a private accountant in Mexico, Mom was a maid for some rich folks in Guadalajara I attended Little Flower Child Care in Lincoln Heights, Gates St EL, El Sereno Jr High, Wilson HS and Pasadena City College. Studied piano for 8 years - dance for 2 years - acting for 2 years - arts and crafts for 3 years - mime for 1 year and juggling for 1 month at Plaza De la Raza played the viola, tenor sax and cello in Jr High Fell in Love (first year) in Jr High with the most beautiful girl to my eyes. Heart broken - second year of High School (same girl), she found out I was born in Guadalajara MEXICO. She didn't know where Guadalajara was located at. She asked me what part of the United States it was in. Because it was located in Mexico she said her mom didn't want us to see each other anymore. I had nothing to say, I just sat there in the airplane while she moved seats. This astonishing discovery was made on our way back from a trip to Washington DC through the CLOSE UP program. I never saw her again until college. Back in Wilson HS I focused on books & wrestling - never wanted to be Varsity though Hooked up with a beautiful Asian girl "Alice" whom I wanted to take to the prom. It turned out she had a friend (fiance) in Frisco. Just my luck. Gave up on looking for a girlfriend but still I needed a prom date on my senior year so I asked my sister to the prom. She laughed at me but told me three of her friends were interested in me and that I could ask any one of them to the prom. It turns out that one of her friends did go to the prom with me and that she is from the same town in Mexico that I'm from. However to top that off, it also turns out that my mom and her mom went to school together and were friends that hadn't seen each other in a very long time. Prom date - corner pocket. When I gave up on looking for a girlfriend my intentions for a prom date were for a fast chick. My friends and I had arranged a couple of rooms at a hotel on Huntington Dr and a limo to pick us up and drop us off there. App...Expand for more
arently her intentions were different - nothing ever happened but the limo did drop us off at the hotel. She was offended by what she saw - my friends and their dates half dressed running around the rooms, jumping on the beds etc... - Just the things we had pictured except that I wasn't in that picture. Well I didn't know my date was Mother Teresa, and I didn't know where to hide my face with shame. It took days then weeks for her to forgive me and through out this process we began to know each other. I had spoken to my dad about getting married at a younger age. My dad and I were in agreement that I could get married once I had finished college and was capable of raising a family. I had spoken this over to him since my first girlfriend in Jr High. He agreed and told me that I had his blessings. Well I didn't finish college. My prom date, now my wife, use to sit in my classes and I couldn't concentrate. Very interesting distractions though. I tried to hook up with my ex in college but it wasn't the same. I never mentioned it to her because she was already hooked up with somebody else. So now I could focused on my prom date - my future wife. I had spoken to her about this and she said that she wasn't thinking about marriage. So I started looking for my future bride elsewhere. Once my prom date saw that I was serious about my search she accepted to by my bride. So we dated a while to know each other then got married. Well my prom date, now my wife, and I had two children. We then separated for six months (four years into our marriage at that time), but still kept in contact through the phone. She wasn't really ready for marriage like she said she was. In those six months I was contacted by my ex - which was kind a weird (telepathy). We talked about our past and I tried to impress her that I'd been busy with a whole bunch of women. I guess it didn't work because it was like a turn off for her (and I sounded like a "cochino" - a pig). Well in those six months I only saw her 3 times - we had coffee, saw her in Pasadena and at her work and that was that. My wife and I worked things out and reunited, she was more accepting of our marriage and we popped out 3 more babies. We have a total of 5 loving kids and I have a total of one loving wife. To my wife - Thank you for your patience and my wonderful loving kids. LOVE JMS P.s. - Find me on FACEBOOK
