o be when I tripped and fell backwards during the annual Memorial Day Parade. It was my first task as newly appointment drum major and of course, something had to go wrong that day. Not only did I sprain my ankle badly, but I fell at the beginning of the parade so I had to walk the rest of the route with an extremly sore ankle.
