Active Massachusetts License. Involved with a number of Parkinsons groups with exercise and diet as first line of defense not only for Parkinsons but for all neurodegenerative diseases of the aging. I am consumed with using my skills to engage people by empowering a marginalized and frail older population to take charge of their lives. Am I successful? Once in a while I am. for me, it has never been about the destination---it has always been about the glorious journey! Reflecting on my 80th Birthday "...with all its sham, drudgery and broken dreams - it is still a beautiful world. ..strive to be happy."(desiderata). Thank you loved ones, and friends in the medical and academic communities who have empowered me to have such a splendid life at age 80.
