Juli's Story
After graduating from high school, I spent four years at KU and then headed off to Japan where I handled international exchanges for a university in Tokyo. That's where I met my husband, David. After two years in Japan, I headed to David's hometown - Melbourne, Australia. I worked at Price Waterhouse for the four years I was there. We moved to Seattle in 2000 (for Microsoft) and are still calling it home - the mountains and water have us hooked. I stopped working (for a paycheck, at least) in 2003 when our first daughter, Annika, was born. Our second daughter, Dahlia, followed in 2006.
My parent's retired to Tablerock Lake in southern MO in 2002, but I still find myself back in Kansas once or twice a year.
