I was born in New York ,loved Central Park & the mountains in up state when at age 7 was taken kicking & screaming to Blue Island, Il on the South side of Chicago where we lived until the summer before my junior year when once again I was taken kicking and screaming to what I thought was the middle of no where called Piper City, Il ( do you see some sort of pattern here?). Fortunately it was only 90 minutes drive from my old stomping grounds so I did not have to completely give up all my friends & I stayed alot at my grandmothers as much as possible to stay connected. In spite of myself I eventually I made some really good friends in Piper also! Apparentely I also have some real gypsy blood in with my mostly Italian blood & at age 19 I headed to the west coast with the plan of living at Big Sur to be Wild and Free,which did not pan out.
