Julie's Story
Life
I'm a Radiation Therapist at Abbott in Minneapolis. I live in Shakopee with my husband, Andy, and our 2 black labs, Bear & Emma. Andy has a 14 year old son that is with us a lot, too. I like to travel, hang out with friends, shop, scrapbook, and read. Andy hunts & fishes all the time!!
School
Right after high school I spent some time as a professional slacker, THEN I decided to do something positive, so I went to college at UW-River Falls. I graduated with...Expand for more
a degree in Social Work and 15 extra pounds! I played Social Worker for a couple of miserable years, then I went BACK to school to be a travel agent. I did this for 4 years while moonlighting at Dayton's until I couldn't stand another day sitting behind a desk. I waitressed at the St. James while I decided on my next move. Then, I went to school for Radiation Therapy up in Bloomington. This, so far, is the perfect match for me! Whew! Oh yeah--the 15 pounds are gone!
