Julie's Story
Life
After High School I moved to Chicago off a dare, to be a nanny. In 1989 I married my husband John. He joined the Military shortly after we were married. And we moved to Mississippi, Were we had our 1st child (Little Girl). Soon after she was born we moved to Berlin, Germany. Awesome place to live. We lived there for three years and had our 2nd child there (Little Boy). Then we were transfered to Altus, Oklahoma. We lived there for five years and 2 more children (another girl and another boy).
Our next move put us in Keflavik, Iceland. I did alot of Volunteering in the school, ...Expand for more
so much that the school sent me first class to England so that I could attend a School-Home partnership conference. While in Iceland we got the opportunity to spend the night trapped in the school thanks to a blizzard. Iceland was full of wonderful adventures. We stayed there for two years. Then it was back to Oklahoma only this time to Oklahoma City where we spent almost five years. Our next stop was Yigo (geego) Guam. The people and pace of life there are wonderful.
Currently we are living in Colorado Springs, Co.
