julie's Story
I was married september 22 1984 to David Van Mossevelde. We have two beautiful daughters named Lacy & Paige. We have a grandson from our youngest daughter Paige named Carsyn. He is the only boy to carry on the Van Mossevelde name. I was a stay at home mom for 20 yrs. & started back to work for Target. I wanted to do more with my life & was working out. After my mom passed away of cancer in April of 2005. I decided that I wanted to make a difference in peoples lives & decided to become a personal trainer. I trained for Fitness 19 for a little over two years. I wanted to do more with my training & am now working for 24 Hour Super Sport. I have made a difference in peoples lives. I teach them how important fitness & living a healthy life style is. I am blessed with my husband,girls,grandson,& a job that I love doing.

Rob Pavletic my hands on trainer. I want to be as good of a trainer as him one day.
The one person from my past who I'd most like to see again is Janet Garrod, because she was a good friend.

I love my animals & cannot live without them.
I have learned to be patient & except the things I cannot change.
If I won $100 million, I'd give some of it to my daughters, then spend the rest on grandson, pay off my bills and take a vacation.
My best friend would tell you I'm fun, but people who don't know me very well would probably describe me as friendly.
I do not dress the way I did10-20 years ago. I wear my 24 Hour shirt & sweats every day. I still love to dress up when not working.
I share my home with my husband, daughters,& grandson, which I find exhausting.
In 10 years, I hope to be a master trainer. I'm going to get there by studying.
My oldest friend is Jinnal Greenwald. We met in elementary school. we had similar lives.
My first job was at Dairy Queen, Where I got paid 3.25 to 3.50. What I remember most about it is the nasty sweet smell on my clothes.
My trip to Las Angeles California. My mom got lost & we drove on the freeway all night. It was terrible at the time. It now is a very funny story that my brothers & I love to share.
I workout as hard as I can. I always feel better after.
