Julie's Story

Life Hi All! Well life has lead me further (geographically) than I ever thought it would. My husband was in the Air Force for 21 years. He was from CA and wanted to see the world. They sent him to Omaha! tee hee. I'm glad they did! I met him a year after I finished Respiratory Therapy School. I had also just finished my first marriage so Jim got a wife and 2 daughters during his tour of duty in NE. Then of course they moved us to McChord AFB in Washington State for our honeymoon! ow retired from the Air Force and we have no idea where life will lead us next. I work as a Respiratory Therapist for an agency which basically means I'm like a substitute teacher - I work in two dozon different hospitals when they need help and when I feel like it. We have 3 daughters; Mindy is 18 and at UNL; Jamie is 13 and rides unicycle and juggles; and Emily is 4 and even though she's the one in dance class, it's the family who has to stay on our toes to keep up with her. Life is good and I love seeing all of your names on the GINW list. God Bless and I would love to hear from you! Julie (Harmon) Pierce
