Julie's Story
Life
I traveled to Colombia to visit Elsa Arriaga in Fall/Winter of 1964, worked and began my college studies in 1965 at La Crosse State University, then transferred and graduated from Cardinal Stritch College in 1970. I married in 1970 divorced in 1980. I taught Art in the Whitefish Bay Schools (Elementary for 20 years, High School for 11 years). Somewhere in there I completed a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Education, then I retired in 2001.

art work is at the Woodwalk Gallery in Egg Harbor (Door County). I am involved in the lives of my nieces and nephews and their children, and enjoy spending time with them.
Having survived breast cancer(2000) and double bypass heart surgery (2001), I am happily living in Baileys Harbor at The Oaks condos (Door County)
I travel to Tucson, AZ to be in the sunny warm during March and April with my dog, Tuck, a GK (Godknows) breed.
I am active with volunteer work at The Francis Hardy Gallery in Ephraim.
