Kai's Story

Where do i start, is it my life story it's asking me to write, or is it asking for tid bits . well i'll start way back when i was a very little kid, my mom and dad divorced when i was bout three or so. dad was in the air force he left and my sister and brotherand I, ended up with our mom in spokane,wa. we moved around a lot from the time i was four to twelve, we lived in alaska, in japan, texas, and moved from place to place in spokane, from six when i started going to school i was never in one school more than a year if i was lucky. I remember one time i was only in one school a half a year, and to a new school for the other half of the year, and i also lived with different relatives, so i got to the point where i quit trying to make friends, because i would end up moving again, i guess that's when i started my withdrawal in to my shell In june of 1980 i was living with my aunt out in the country, and my cousins lived a mile down the road, he molested me, i was 9, he was 15. It went on for a year till i moved again.. so i went further in to my shell. then a couple of years later i found myself along with my brother moved down to leesville to live with our dad who was stationed at fort polk, for what was supposed to be a visit, but ended up being a five year stay, i call those years from 1983 till the end of my junior year in 1988, the best years of my life.. so here i am in a new environment, a totally new school and bout the second week of school i have a social worker on my case, because i wasn't interacting with anyone and was always by myself, well any way.. so it was about late 1983 to mid 1984 some where that ...Expand for more
i knew i liked boys, so i felt i had to hid that, i could not be me.. i loved being down in louisiana, i stayed in one spot more than a year, was in the same school more than a year as well, so i made some friends.. then the end of my junior year came and moved back to spokane, i wished i could have stayed in leesville and graduated a red devil, but since i was in specail ed, i found out in tenth or 11 grade that to get a diploma, i would have had to go back to the ninth grade in regular classes and start over for a diploma, had i stayed in leesville and graduated. In july of 1989 my brother and i, with the help of a friend of our family we moved back to spokane and i graduated a saxon, with the crdits i had from louisiana i could have graduated in january but i didn't. i worked at a fast food joint, a self serve carwash for bout nine years, i've delivered pizza's, i worked at an auction, i drove truck for 4 years, i was working construction, concrete foundations, well the economy went south and so did most of my hours. about a fours years ago i told my step brothers wife about being molested and it was cause of her that i finally sought counseling for it, and it helped alot, it was because of the counseling that i was finally able to come out to the important people in my life, and it has got me to a point in my life that if someone has a problem with me being gay that i don't care, i does not bother me....anyway finally cause of the economy that i have gone back to school, i am currentl in enrolled in a local community college...it's been 22 years since was in school. it's rough but i'm getting the hang of things...
