Karen's Story
Life
Since graduating in 1981, I worked for Health Insurance company during this time I met my husband through a friend. I married in 1983 changing my last name from Floyd to Andre' and moved to Ascension parish where my husband was from. We still live in Ascension parish 25 years and four children later. college at Southeastern she was my (blondie) my only blond haired child. Gerrad is my only son and is 14 and going to ninth grade and he makes me laugh all the time. And Lauryn my youngest who is 7years old is who keeps me feeling young. My husband Tracy is wonderful and works for AT&T Wireless. I quit working just before we got Lauryn, whom we adopted. I am able to be a home mom for her which I loved. And that is where I can be found today at home which I love.
