Karen's Story
I've been living in Roanoke, VA for nearly 20 yrs(where??), I know not the first city that comes to mind. Was married, divorced, now single. Was a foster parent for 10 yrs. for people with special needs, still do respite for many. Brother moved here from Chicago, after I got divorced and he finished college. Planned to stay a short time, and oops! met someone and now he has a son(now six), which is keeping me here right now. They share custody.

ng outdoors, working out(hard), enjoy good competition then relaxing nights on the deck, with a cold beverage. Didn't expect all the twists and turns so far, really wish I had a house full of kids, but it didn't happen--definitely my loss. Don't know if I would want to go back in time to elemetary school/high school, some memories -- not so good!! Anyway, people grow up, things change, hope that's the case here. Looking forward to seeing who's around and what they're up to.
