Karen's Story
Life
I met my spouse originally 2 years after high school. We dated 2 yrs. then didn't see each other for 10 years after that. We got back together and have been married almost 28 years.
My Pets
I have a black and white Jack Russell Terrier named Marley who is now 6 yrs old. I also have a Jack mix named Scruffey who was a rescue, and is 3.
My Kids
My daughter Mindy, graduated high school 2002 and is the joy of my life. She is in college and is pursuing medical school next.

College
Started taking course and matriculating in 1975. Was taking courses toward Bus. Adm. degree but left because of sickness in the family. I regret not going back but it was never the right time.
Workplace
After high school stayed with NJ Bell as Information Operator. Changed to Sec. at Kwasha Lipton in Eng. ...Expand for more
Clfs for 7 yrs. Worked at Bendix, Teterboro, word processing for Engineering dept. working on proposals for F-15 and F-18 engines. Married moved to Fla. worked for Butler Svc. Group in WPB. Typed manuals for Grumman Hydrofoil project. Co. went out of bus. when owner died. Worked for Florida State Child Protection Team in secretarial capacity and also did intake when necessary. Worked for 7 yrs there until burnout. Went on to work for Physical Therapy facility as Secretary. enjoyed working there became friends with my supervisor when company closed. Now, I am working the best job of my career, as Administrative Asst. for a Financial Planner in Jupiter, FL. Greatest atmosphere conducive for work and an awesome, understanding, generous boss. I've learned a lot working here and look forward to learning a lot more regarding retirement, financial planning, insurance, etc. this is my ideal job, wouldn't change a thing.
