Karen's Story
I retired from teaching two years ago and now I own a quilting business called Quilted by Karen. I am the sole employee too. I make lots of quilts and sell them at craft shows, home parties, and on line at Etsy.com.
Brad is still working at Aurora Public Schools. He teaches math at Pickens Technical College. We have 3 kids, two grand kids and 2 dogs. We live about 30...Expand for more
miles east of Denver on 1-70 in a small farming community called Bennett. We live on a golf course but neither of us golfs much.
Aleesa, our oldest, is a social worker.
Amy, our middle kid, is in school to become an RN. She is the mother of Sydney and Kayla, our grand daugthters.
Josh, our youngest, is an internal medicine doctor for Kaiser Permanente here in Colorado.
