Life Been living in Frankfort, Kentucky for 30+ years and married to the love of my life, Dan Armstrong, all that time. First and only marriage. Dan was previously married and had two kids when we married: Scott, now 40 years old - we just had a big 40th party for him; and Heidi, 38, who lives in Denver, CO and is the HR director for the ABC affiliate in Denver, Channel 7; Dan and I have a son, Daniel Armstrong, Jr., who is an artist and adventurer. He lives on an historic ship, The Adventuress, in Puget Sound, WA; he's the ship's engineer. He's been there for about 3 years; he previously was aboard the Schooner Virginia and before that, the H.M.S. Bounty, on which Mutiny On the Bounty was filmed, as well as the various Pirates of the Carribean movies. None of our kids are married, though Scott was previously and we have a gloriously wonderful grand-daughter, Eve Armstrong, from that marriage. She loves to spend time on our pontoon boat on Taylorsville Lake, a desination about 40 minutes from us which is dear to our souls and spirits.
