Karen's Story

Life Hey Classmates! This is Karen (Deschenes) Courcy! I am married now to a wonderful guy name Tim, and we have been married for 14 years! I have 3 boys ages 14, 9 and 7! Christopher is 14, Ryan is 9 and Nathan is 7! I love my boys more than life itself! They are my life! I have my own photography business here in my house down in Georgia! It's called KarenBeth Photography and business is going great! I got a degree in Digital photography and design. I love my business because I love everything about photography. I live down in Woodstock Georgia... my husband got relocated to a higher position and it was too good to pass up. We live in a beautiful house down here, and we love it down here so far. I miss my family alot up in NH, but I do love it down here. I hope to meet up with some old friends on here.... School I didn't really have any crushes on anyone in JR high or highschool.. I was too busy going out with boyfriend JIM Lachapelle.. we broke up after I graduated from Englesby JR High because I moved to NH. That is where I met my husband Tim of now 14 years! I enjoyed school for the most part, but I think that school was more of a popularity contest back then, then it was for learning. If I could do anything different these days, I would go back and get all A's. There was so much Drama in school that no one cared about school work. I regret that today because now I am telling my 14 year old son that he needs to get good grades. I miss all my old frie...Expand for more
nds.. the gang of people I hung out with in JR high before high school was Aimee Proulx, Bridgette Kinsley, Kathy Landry, Lynn Cummings, Heidi, Michelle Paquette, and all of them. It was fun! I didn't graduate with the class of 1992 Dracut High, but I am putting my name in here because I was very close to alot of you that I would have graduated with. Right after JR graduation, I moved to NH with my family.. I was very upset when I found out I was moving, but for some reason I was given that path, because If I didn't move to NH, I wouldn't have met my husband and had my beautiful boys! If I had to pick the one person I was closest to in JR High days, I would have to say Bridget Kinsley, she was kind of a big sister to me, and we were really good friends.. I hope to find her again someday, so I can see how her life is going. College After Highschool I had a baby right away with husband Tim, I gave all my time to having my kids, even though I knew I wanted to do Photography. I then took up courses in Digital Photography and Design. I have a full degree in Digital Photography, and web Design. I leanred from one of the best Photographers in New England. Workplace I have my own Business down here in Georgia.. KarenBeth Photography. I do Portrait Photography.. I specialize in Children Portraits. I love what I do, I get to meet alot of nice people, and take photos of happy (sometimes unhappy) kids! I also do engagments, family portraits, models, headshots, and much more!
