My Spouse
I married Jay Staiger on September 27, 1997 in Livonia.
Jay graduated from Penn State; I graduated from Michigan and Syracuse University; we watched the Wolverines beat Notre Dame at our wedding reception. I expect our son will go to Ohio State just to keep peace in the family.
My Pets
Thurston Howell IV was a cool little beagle I adopted out of Minnesota 8 years ago. After he died in March...Expand for more
2004, we adopted his great nephew, Thurston Howl V, in April 2005. We are still waiting for this dog to produce the wealth of his namesake.
My Kids
Jayson Grant Staiger, born September 12, 1998 in Syracuse, New York 5 minutes before Michigan and the Orangemen kicked off in a football game I had waited for all year; I never saw a single play.
Jayson is now in second grade at Holy Cross School in Dewitt.
