Karlene (Kerry)'s Story
I'm a curious, high-spirited, long-legged, redheaded (usually! ~ I get bored sometimes . . . ), southern-fried Yankee! Just a country girl with a little bit of hippie thrown in for good measure! :P I'm a homebody, but I'm high-energy and love to get out and do things. I love to learn - whether it be how to shortcut changes to CSS to better a recipe to better use a table saw . . . And possessing the innate ability to laugh at myself, I am highly capable of keeping myself amused for hours on end. I just try to make every day the very best I can. :-)
I was born in CA; childhood in NJ; teens in PA. Spent 20s in UT. Traveled tons all my life! Been in TN for the past 18 years. Graduated high school (Business) with honors. Dean's list in college, majoring in Accounting with a Drama minor. Later switched to English minor. I have 1 son, 28-years-old. =)

my own time, I have a successful custom gel candle business and do custom graphics jobs, too. Everything from print ads to clothing design to business cards and fliers. =) Always into something productive. ;)
My best friend tells me that I'm an interesting study in contrasts. Hm. He tells me that the 2 words that describe me best are 'colorful' and 'animated'. lol I say I'm just fickle and quirky. :P Dunno about all that ~ I'm just me. :) More often than not to my own detriment, I'm nothing but always brutally honest and not-always-gracefully outspoken. If ya don't really wanna know, I suggest you really don't ask. lol I'm fiercely loyal to and protective of those I love. The people I tend to call 'my people' are real, true and down-to-earth. They're a lot like me ~ NOT of the attitude that it's all about themselves. It's all about the adventure of living and sharing that with those you care about and have a ball with!
