Kathleen's Story

Life After graduation, I moved to Ft. Riley, Kansas. I still only have one child, Cody(19), and moved back to CA in 2001. I walked with a biology degree in May 2006. I am very into physical fitness and spend every day appreciating the wonders of life. Update Jan 07- Moved to AR and took an EMT class, hope to become an in flight nurse! 4/2013- a whole lot has happened; Im in Wyoming just enjoying the beauty and climate, and trying to keep my teen on track! New news 2016: I'm back in Arkansas living next door to my father who I'm good but if yes getting older. My son graduated high school and I work a local job I guess I never really went all the places I thought I was going to go but I'm sure I've Been Everywhere I was supposed to go :-) School Mr. Moxley was the best teacher ever! Curses to those who gave me a hard time, because I AM SPECIAL, DARNIT! lol...but I wish I could be friends with EVERYONE from school....even those who judged on the bias of acrylic and hairspray. o many years judging and gossiping, when we could have been forming an alliance against this world of insanity.....well, there's always the reunion.... College A LOT OF IT. most years from 2002-2010 Workplace My past jobs were interesting....waitress to military men (boy was that an experience); call center rep.; candy enrober(chocolateer), machine operator, medical office, college campus tutor... but I decided that they did not make use of all of this BUCHANAN potential, so I am going to be an RN. I'm a professional piercer and am apprenticing to be a tattoo artist. I had a shop in CA 'til my psycho ex drove me out of the state. In 2008 I moved to WY and WAS engaged to marry a local on the 4th of July at the lake. Im entering the RN pgm (again) shortly thereafter... (UPDATE both of those goals FAILED, but I did become a CNA) Now, I don't make plans anymore, lol :D I just hope to age gracefully and maybe my boy will do something awesome with his life, he's the awesome thing I did with mine...
