Life Still paying lawyers for a divorce that has no end in sight. Three wonderful children, youngest is only 9. Ah yes, she is mine and I was 45 at delivery. My oldest is now 16, a beautiful teenager that any parent could be proud of. One son, John, who began his life as an underweight premie is now at 10, a big for his age and only lives for sports and video games. Work in middle management at a great moderately sized hospital as a nurse case manager. We live in the a little farm town that boasts a population of 1000--if you count all the people out on the farms. No street lights, one gas station and a store that closes daily at 6pm. The soon to be X will get the house (great old farm house built in 1892), but I get to keep my pension and of course the custody of my (okay, our) children. So--we have found another house with more modern amenities in another small town with a great school system, and will probably move within the month. Closer to work by about 50 miles, did I mention that I was driving 160 miles round trip a day. Love my job, hate that I'm salaried and that I am on a pager even when I am not physically present. My children are my greatest joy, even if I had them when most of my friends where...Expand for more
