Kathleen's Story
Life
I split out of Worthington at about 18, and I live with my two beautiful little girls, Kaia Marie(7) and Anjolie Sistine(5), my adorable stepson Eddie (3), and my husband Chris in St. Paul. We just bought a new house, and we are expecting a baby girl in Dec. we are very excited! I work as a Sr. Legal Admin for a PI/Ins./Construction Defense firm in Downtown Minneapolis. Life is crazy sometimes, but mommyhood, career, and my man are all the best I could dream of, so all is good right now. The kids are my heart and my rock, they keep me grounded, happy, and make everything worth it (they are damn cute, too, if I do say so myself). I get out every once in a while and hang out with friends, but mostly work, and spend time with the kid...Expand for more
s, Chris, all our pets (3 cats + 1 dog), and my family. Two of my closest friends are still Amphone Phankom and Gabriel Ruiz. Other than that, don't see anyone from Worthington really.
Workplace
Accidentally fell into the legal field and now I love it....for now. Been a Legal Administrative Assistant for 5 years, work for a cranky balding partner and I wouldn't want to work for anyone else, I get paid pretty well and hell we can drink on Fridays at work. Sweet. Worked at two other firms before this, been here for 2 years. Before being a legal sec, I was in accounting jobs, nursing homes, fast food, everything. I like where I am, but once Chris is done with his Engineering degree its back to school for me...linguistics possibly.
