Life
"Life is Good" pretty much sums up my life now. My daughters are all grown up and striking it out on their own. Lizzie, my oldest, is 25 and works for the NY Daily News in their online presence. She also writes a sports blog with a partner, "Babes Love Baseball". Sam, next in line, is 22 and works in NYC at Psychology Today in their online department. Gin is 20 and a junior at UMASS majoring in Hotel and Tourism Management, and my Vicky, 19 decided to join her sister at UMASS, persuing a military career in ROTC and microbiology.
To say I've been busy over the years would be an understatement. I spent some quality time in local politics as well as doing lots of volunteer work. I rode the .com wave with 3 different companies - only 1 is still in business. Ran my own business for a number of years but sold it once the .com bug bit me! anaging 3 companies and can still come home to let our dogs, Dory(greyhound/dalmation mix) and Royal (shepherd/rotty mix) out at lunch time. Royal is getting up there so he needs a little extra attention at times. Then there are the cats, Timmaay and Girl, which I picked up at a shelter where I do volunteer work. For a while I had my daughter Vicky's tarantula, Pippin, but since returning from school for the summer, she has taken over the feeding and care of it.
My husband and I own rental property in northern NH and enjoy the complete change of pace up there. We've started a land trust up there (more volunteer work) and although we've just been incorporated there's much interest from the folks in town. Life is, indeed, good. Hope everyone is well.
I just want to add that I've been trying to find Ginny Vorce. If anyone who reads this knows how I can contact her, please let me know. I've emailed her brother, Ed, but haven't heard back yet. Again, hope everyone is healthy and happy.
