Life Since high school I have attended several colleges, and have yet to actually get my bachelors degree. I'm 4 classes away from a BA in elementary education, but having kids and dedicating myself to being a full time mom has put that on hold for now. My family is definately top priority. I married Travis Rutherford (Thurston '95 graduate) in July of 2003. He is a Godsend I tell ya! We have a son, Colby James born January 24, 2003, and a daughter Gracie June born September 7, 2004. With 2 young ones we have our hands full. Travis re-enlisted in the Army shortly after we got married and was sent to Texas for training and then S. Korea for a year. So I have been a "single mom" for the last year and a half. Currently (as of July '05 we are living in Oak Grove, KY. Travis is stationed at Fort Campbell, KY with the 160th division Nightstalkers. We like it here, but it's not like home.... Hopefully we will be transfered to a new 160th division being set up at Fort Lewis, WA next year. Until then we're trying to fit into this Southern society as best as us Yankees can. School I would have to dig deep down to remember anything worth printing, when it comes to high school memories. I think most people would agree that so much has happened in their lives in the last 9+ years that far out shadows anything that happened in high school...Expand for more
