Katrina's Story

Everybody knew me as Tina not Katrina which is my real name. Technically I am not officially a graduate of BBS. I left BBS during Spring Break of my junior year, because of family problems. I moved up to Fair Haven Union High School and graduated from there. My email address is at the bottom of the page! I joined the Church of Jesus Christ Of Latter day saints in 77 and I went to Ricks College in Idaho in 1979, Met my Hunsband Neil there. He went on a mission to Belgium and I hung out in VT, New Hampshire, FLorida and New York State while he was gone. Got mixed up with a guy and had a baby whom I put up for adoption and just found him recently- his name is Jared and he is in the Air Force in Utah. It's so cool when your mistakes come back as blessings. Got married to Neil Larsen Jan/1983 Had our first child Courtney Rose Dec/ 1983 Second Child Keil Robert May 1985 Third Child Aubrey Elizabeth June 1994 Husband joined the military and we have lived in Washington, Colorado, Watertown, New York, Hawaii, Barstow California, Now Ozark Alalbama. Received a degree in Interior Design but don't use it. Have worked in a floral shop, love to make quilts and garden. Always surrounded by an abundance of animals, Whom I tend to be a slave to. I haven't been to Vermont in about 4 years since my Mom passed away. When I was there everyone was so nice like I'd just seen them yesterday. I like that about everybody up there. It was cool to catch up and have everybody be so friendly. I still talk to Jim Secoy from time to time, I'd love to get in touch with some people from school, Nancy Dressler, Marlene Harriman,Donna Conners,Kitt Hazelton, Dale Long, Mark, Scott and Tony Piverotto, Darcy Dooley, and too many others to write down. Life has been pretty good, I am ...Expand for more
happy to report a 25 year marriage which is pretty rare. Health is pretty good, althought the aches and pains are a drag. I'm just getting started on the Grandma journey my daughter has an almost 19 month old son and Jared has blessed me with a 4 year old grandson as well. If I could change something from back then it would be that I would hang out in the Art room which I never did and maybe try to broaden my artist talents. I miss the Manchester that used to be , but I don't recognize the place anymore. I'm grateful to have been able to travel most of the United States, I would like to see some other places before I go on to the great beyond. I would really like to see Greece and Ireland and I really want to go to Alaska via cruise and also do a inland tour. Still not sure what my mission here is , but I keep trying to find out. Life in High School kinda sucked and I lived in perpetual drama because of life at home. I think I've over come my angst for the most part. I sure wish I could Dennis and Deanna Fraher, they were awesome people! Anybody know where they are? I miss the green mountains, but I am pretty content where I am until we move again. Neil has retired after 23 years in the military he works on FORT RUCKER full time now. We figure we will be here here in Lower Alabama for at least 5 more years, then we aren't sure what willl happen. We really want to buy a small farm somewhere. Hopefully the economy will get better. Feel free to write to me, old friends are the best! You can contact me at eagle(.)puma @ gmail.com Take the parentheses out and leave the . in the middle put it together to get my address as they will not allow me to write it out or they will hide it. There is more than one way to get around these guys. Tina
