Howdy And Welcome,Gotta start at elementary school and work up.Went to K-3rd grade in Ft.Lauderdale and 4th thru 7th in Englewood,where I met alot of real cool people in Englewood elem.I wanted to be a Marine Biologist as a young person,seen Jaws and didn't want to go near water for awhile.Seen a movie called Star Wars,Thought that was really cool.Superstars competition came around and met some interesting people,met Lou Ferrigno,Ernie Banks,Bruce Jenner,(Cool Guy)Reggie Jackson,(As-h-le)Laura Ching,Billie Jean King,OJ(I Think He Did It)Sugar Ray Leonard,Kyle Rote,Brian Oafield. I remember some of us Rotunda Locals riding around the track teasing Lou Ferrigno(behind his back of course) and him just leaving us in the dust.The other 50 weeks of the year were filled with Boy Scout mettings and camping on Gaspirilla Island to trying to get a T shirt from Mr. Mills.Me and Phil Kohlingberg got real lucky one time and played spin the bottle with Angie Creek and Nancy Dennis.I got hit by a car driven by Greg Hammers Dad(Pretty much My Fault)Was introduced to Roller Skating and liked it alot.Played football for Lemon Bay Junior High one year and had a crush on Wendy Wadjula and Trudy Rutkowski and Abby Williams and liked Eileen Lang.At least Eileen would talk to me.Wendy did to when she said "get away from me weirdo". Moved to Port Charlotte went to Port Charlotte Middle school Met some cool people there got in trouble for selling smoke bombs in school and grabbing Bridgett's Br#%st.(Sorry about that Bridgett).usually went to movies on friday nights and drank a little MD 20/20. Started going to 9 mile and partying and watch the races.Went to the civic center in Punta Gorda and did some roller skating. Moved back to Ft. Lauderdale to be with my Dad.Wow what a culture shock,I was around 13 or so I went to Olsen Middle school in Dania met one of my best friends Craig James Jahoda(thats where my son gets his middle name) coolest guy you'd ever want to meet,the school sucked because I had to be bussed there from 15 miles away,due to desegregation,there was a school not even 2 miles from where I lived.anyway the next year I was a freshman in Strannahan High School I lived 2 blocks away from school and had begun to experiment.Started skating again at Gold Coast Roller Rink.Met the coolest people that there was meet.Cherie Sayward,Brian Hoffman,The Twins,John Papagno,Karen Hoffman,(whom I had a crush on and she thought I was being mean,she would dance at the rink and rub it on me and then walk away,mean No,sexually frustrated,certainly)Kim Day,she turned out to be a beauty when I saw her last in 83.Theresa Story, The Pearse Brothers,Fran and Patty Oulette,Kim Marsland, Roland Dimenges and 900 hundred other really cool people that I did not mention.That was the 9th grade and I had to go to summer school,what a drag.My Dad had his own bussiness so I would go to work with him and make some good cash over the remainder of the summer.Well 10 th grade come around and I was not very into school work,I was into partying way to much. We would go to my house 2 blocks away at lunch and drink my Dads booze and skip the rest of the day,Finally I ended up quiting school and going to work with my Dad.What a mistake ended up being miserable.So I moved Back to Port Charlotte and the following year went to Pt.Charlotte High School,well I went there for probably half the school y...Expand for more
