Keith's Story
I went to Mt. Carmel from 1975-1984. I moved away to Dallas Texas in 1984. I currently work as a real estate agent for a large relocation company. I went to college in Texas and enjoy living in the Urban area of Dallas. When I visit Staten Island I am told I have a Texas accent. allas was difficult at first. However, I have adjusted and Dallas has welcomed me with southern hosiptality. There are some days in my job when the Staten Island comes out in me (smile). I find that New Yorkers do not choose their words and you always know where you stand with them. You can take the boy out of Staten island but you can not take Staten Island out of the boy. Please note I do not live in a trailer park-currently:) not that trailer parks are bad-just have not seen any here.
