Kelly's Story
Life
I'm currently workin my way through vet school at the University of Missouri. I will be graduating from there in 2009! I am engaged to my sweetie, Jason, and we will be married when I graduate from vet school. We're doing the long distance thing for awhile, which stinks but he's got a great job and a house in St. Louis that he can't leave and unfortunately, they don't have a vet school in St. Louis. So in the meantime, he bought me a house out here and I live with my two kids, oops! I mean dogs, Slapshot...Expand for more
and Lady. I inherited Slapshot from Jason's brother because the apartment he's in doesn't let him have pets. And Lady I adopted from the St. Louis Senior Pet Project (great group who finds homes for older pets). They're both old guys which works well because they're content lounging around the house while I study 24/7. After I graduate from vet school, I'm planning on heading back to the St. Louis area and hopefully become an associate at the practice I started working at during my senior year of high school.
