Kelly Lyn's Story
Life
Crap...its been two years since I updated my profile here.
So, Ive been working as a police officer for almost three years in the west suburbs. I just finally finished my master's degree in clinical counseling and plan to test for my licensing in October 2007. I have been living with my wonderful honey Angelo, Morton East class of 1995, for two years and dating 7 years. We now live in the Joliet area. We do not have any kids, but do have one BIG dog and also foster Golden Retrievers through As Good As Gold and have another monster, also BIG, in the house. So far, things are good in life. Now that I just finished school, I am looking to find other things in life that I want to do and enjoy...hobbies that I never got to do because I have always had a busy schedule.
Anyways, love to hear from you all and see what is going on in your life. Hope not to stop you on the street...Im a meanie...JK.

School
I can name so many teachers...Expand for more
that helped me out through the years. I was a goodie-goodie in school, but devious too, as I liked to pull tricks when no one was looking. I dated a guy in high school the last year I was there. There really are no memorable moments. I think I just liked being around people and having a good time.
College
I decided after HS that I would major in Law Enforcement and go to do this at WIU in Macomb. I succeeded with a double major in Law Enforcement and Psychology and graduated in 3 years. I am currently working on my master's degree in a counseling specialization and plan to finish in two years (with working full time too). I hope some time after I finish school to go on to my doctorates in Clinical Psychology. This is just some other interest I have besides Law Enforcement. It also helps me in my policing career as well when dealing with certain individuals, especially those who are mentally ill.
Military
I did not go into the military, nor would I.
