Ken's Story
Life
I joined the Marine Corps right after High School for the discipline, educational benefits, training and possibly some action. Got out of boot camp, finished training as a Small Computer Systems Specialist and got married in March of 99. Spent my first year stationed in Okinawa, Japan then was transferred to Camp Pendleton, California (San Diego). about 9 months but moved back to the states when I wasn't getting enough work in Europe. Got a good job as a contractor supporting the classified computer network for the Air National Guard on Andrews AFB, Maryland. Lived there from May of 2003 to October 2004 when I quit in order to maintain my security clearance (I was going to lose it because of my credit report). Currently in the middle of a divorce and living with my parents in Carrollton until I find a decent job.
