Life I am semi-retired. I was self-employed as a manufacturer representative for 40 years selling decorative accessories in North and South Carolina. I remarried in 1996. I live in Charlotte, N.C. and am on a few committees advocating for the people with developmental disabilites, human rights, and the needy. Am active in our Men's church leadership ministry. My stepdaughter, who lives with us, had a traumatic brain injury at 9 years old. She is presently 47. Sue was in a coma for 9 months and expected to be a vegetable. Through extensive theraphy, love and God's grace, she has come a long way and has been a blessing to us and many who know her. My wife, who had never been in RI, and I visited RI Augus 2006 for 5 days. I hadn't been back for 24 years. I expected my old neighborhoods to be slum areas.
