The questions in the Profile ask "What would you do if you had it all to do over again". I am not a big person on looking back. I cannot restate the past, good or bad, only use its wisdom for the future. So, I wouldn't go back....
Workplace
Like many, my college degree and current career direction don't line up well. I graduated IU in Microbiology/Chemistry and am now in telecom. I learned that my career wouldn't take me as far as I wanted to go, so I picked up my MBA in 1981, so ...Expand for more
long ago that I am not sure any of the learnings really apply well in today's environment. I have just left a 3 year stint managing long distance services at my company. It has been fun and challenging as we have grown the business and now control the bulk of the LD market here and have garnered 2 JD Power awards in the process. Now back in Business Development, I am working to grow the business in other directions - a challenge in the lackluster economic environment that telecom is in today.
